Does hussh have an online store?

YES! hussh helps you live your best bargain shopping life 24-7!

We work with big-name brands and wholesalers in homewares, fashion, beauty, children’s products and more, who come to us when they have stock to clear at seriously discounted prices. Then we make these discounted goods available on our online store and share them with our members right away.

 

How big are the discounts?

The products on hussh have discounts between 40-90% off. No pretend offers, just real discounts and great bargains.

Is 40-90% off for real?

It sure is! We are here to bring great bargains to our husshshop family.
We know our brands and they know us, so you get genuine sales and all the information upfront.

If the discounts are so big, are all the products old?

We go out and inspect everything first and make sure the offers are great value. If the product is old, we are upfront about it and you can make your choice with all the info.

Account Information

Do I need a husshshop account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating a husshshop account as it will save you time when shopping with us and will allow you to check order status easily. Plus, you’ll receive emails when new sales come online.

How do I create an account?

I have forgotten my password – help!

So many passwords, so much to remember. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking this reset password link.

If you try to log in with the wrong password three times or more, your account will be locked. You will need to contact us to unlock your account and we will respond as fast as we can. If this happens and you are short of time, you can still order as a Guest user.

How do I update my details on my account?

You can update your account settings using the Profile and Settings options in My Account.
You can also view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password.

Do you share my information with third parties?

We do not and will not sell or deal in Personal Data or any customer information. See more information on our Privacy Policy.

Shipping + Delivery

Where does husshshop ship to?

husshshop currents only ships to Australian addresses. Apologies to our international visitors, we hope to be able to ship to you soon.

What is the delivery timeframe?

Delivery timeframes for all products vary. The expected delivery timeframes are stated on each product page so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

As they say, good things come to those who wait and we think amazing prices are worth waiting for! You will never wait longer than 3 weeks for your purchase unless there is an issue with the product being shipped to husshshop. If this is the case, we will keep you updated.

Additional Postage & Third Party Supplier Deliveries

From time to time, carefully selected suppliers will dispatch items sold on hussh, directly to you. Additional postage charges apply to most third-party suppliers.  The product page will state that the product is coming from another supplier and additional postage charges will be calculated at the checkout.

What are the Christmas delivery cut-off dates?

All of our parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

To receive your parcel before Christmas please order before these dates:

To NSW, QLD, SA ACT, TAS order before 16/12/2022
T0 VIC, order before 19/12/2022
To WA, order before 8/12/2022
To NT, order before 9/12/2022

Why might it be three weeks before you ship to me?

Some sales run up to 7 days. Once a sale is complete, the products are shipped to husshshop HQ in Melbourne, VIC.

Depending on where the supplier is based, it may take up to 10 days for husshshop to receive the goods. Once we receive the goods from the supplier we get the orders straight out to you, dispatch is within 1 – 3 days.

If you have ordered goods from multiple suppliers, your order will be shipped as soon as we receive all goods to our warehouse.

What does shipping cost?

husshshop has a flat rate delivery charge of $12.95 for most items. We source the most competitive carriers possible and constantly review them. If we are running a sale with bulky items like furniture, the shipping rate is $29.95.

Why don’t you do free shipping?

Here at husshshop we want you to live your best bargain shopping life and that means giving you the best prices we can. For delivery to be free, the discounts would have to be less and we prefer to be upfront about what we do for our hussh family.

Is express delivery or click and collect available?

We currently don’t offer express shipping but aim to get your item to you as quickly as possible given the current climate.
We are working on providing a click and collect option for our Melbourne shoppers. Stay tuned!

How is my order delivered?

husshshop uses couriers and Australia Post to send parcels, depending on where you live.

All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave. If you do not want the courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel at your address for any reason, please advise us in the order notes.

Where possible, you will receive shipping tracking numbers so that you can easily track your item.

Can I change my order or delivery address after my order has been placed?

No, unfortunately you can’t make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you make a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us straight away. Once the order is shipped, we can not change the address.

What happens if I supply the wrong delivery address?

Please enter your address with care. If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay for the re-delivery of the item.
husshshop is not responsible for lost items sent to an incorrect address that was provided by you.

Do deliveries require a signature?

No, all parcels are sent with Authority to Leave as standard. If you do not want the courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel at your address for any reason, please advise us in the order notes.

Order & Tracking Information

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once we have sent your items.

Then in the next 12-24 hours, you will hear from either Australia Post or our courier provider with your tracking ID number and link. The tracking ID sometimes takes up to 1 business day to become active.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you are missing your order confirmation email it may be in your junk / spam / promotions folder (we hope not – but we’ve all been there) . If that doesn’t work, please use our contact us form and we’ll look into it for you.

Why have I been given a refund for a product?

Sometimes, our backend inventory system slips up or there is human error in our counting which results in us unintentionally overselling an item.
Where a product is ordered but can not be fulfilled, you will automatically receive a full refund for the product.

How do I contact you to ask a question about my order?

Please use our contact us form, including your order number, and we’ll look into it for you. To keep your order information secure we don’t answer questions relating to orders via social media.

Payments

What currency is your website in?

All our prices are in Australian Dollars.

What payment types do you accept?

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

We use industry standard high-level SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Other Information

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, of course.  To send as a gift put your information in the billing address field and your lucky recipient’s shipping details in the shipping field.  Please note a tax invoice will be included with the order.

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

No, unfortunately we aren’t able to offer this service as we are so busy getting your bargains out to you.

Do you provide size charts?
